 One of the principal forms of circulating ferrous material inside an engine (especially an inactive on) - is rust! Rust is very abrasive - just imagine sand particles on a mirror and the damage that they would cause. Test have shown that MAGNETIC TRAP traps a number of different wear elements, the biggest being ferrous wear (which is the basis for rust), followed by lead and then silicon (just plain dirt!). In addition to these over 11 other substances were identified in the trappings analysis. The interesting result for us was the reduction of aluminum particles in the oil analysis after the MAGNETIC STRAP had been fitted. This indicates that as the abrasive materials have been removed from the oil, the engine itself is not being worn away. And if you can keep your engine as near to its new condition as possible, it will perform as it did when you first bought the vehicle or machinery - at optimum efficiency.
